Viktor has broad experience in different technology domains, project management and business development. His early career was in software development, enriched with vast project management experience and proven record of success in automotive industry, healthcare, business processes.
Besides the formal education in software engineering holding Bsc in computer science, he has upgraded his knowledge with MBA. He was managing complex project team structures of few hundred peoples of various expertise and cultural backgrounds.
In his social activities he holds the position of secretary general of Macedonian aikido federation.
